2:53 p.m. A deputy responded to a domestic disturbance at Woodland Hills Mobile Home Park on S. 300 W., Peru. This was a verbal argument only and the male half had left prior to the arrival of law enforcement.

5:42 a.m. Citizen assistance at the Circle K on E. Marion St., Converse. A report of an elderly subject wandering near roadway. Subject was found at his residence. Family was notified.

7:24 a.m. A deputy assisted a motorist with a flat tire in the area of E. 950 S. / S. State Road 19, Amboy.

8:12 a.m. A report of a traffic hazard in the area of S. US Route 31 / W. 1200 S., Bunker Hill. The deputy was advised to disregard the call prior to arrival.

8:13 a.m. A report of an unoccupied vehicle off the roadway at the south edge of the construction zone in the area of W. Hoosier Blvd. / S. US Route 31, Peru. The vehicle was tagged.

8:46 a.m. A caller in the 2200 block of N. 175 E., Peru reported vandalism to property during the overnight hours.

9:14 a.m. A report of theft of tools in the 5400 block of E. 1400 N., Roann.

9:38 a.m. Attempted protective order service in the 700 block of Bobtail Pike, Peru. No contact was made with the subject of the order.

10:05 a.m. Attempted protective order service in the 1200 block of E. 650 S., Peru. No contact was made with the subject of the order.

11:32 a.m. A caller in the 100 block of N. Main St., Macy reported that juveniles were possibly messing the gravel up in his driveway. The deputy spoke with a parent of juveniles in the area and was unable to make contact with other residence. Caller was advised to contact the deputy with any other problems.

1:13 p.m. Follow up to call regarding juveniles in Macy.

3:27 p.m. A deputy checked on several children in the 3900 block of Edwards Ct., Peru that were horse playing.

3:49 p.m. A deputy spoke with a man over the phone who was requesting a standby while he picked up his child at Roads End Mobile Home Park on S. 550 E., Peru.

3:54 p.m. Traffic accident with damage in the area of W. 300 N. / N. US Route 31, Peru. Margo Tritt was traveling north on US Route 31 south of State Road 16 in her Toyota Prius at approximately 8:30 a.m. on June 12, 2018 when she struck a deer in the roadway. Margo continued on and called in the crash later in the day. No injuries were reported from the driver.

4:26 p.m. 911 Hang-up in the 9600 block of S. 700 E., Amboy. Everything checked ok.

5:56 p.m. A report of a burglary in the 2700 block of W. 1350 S., Kokomo. After further investigation, it is believed to have been an animal inside the home that caused damage to a window blind. The homeowner stated he only wished it reported for the record at this time.

6:10 p.m. A deputy responded to the 2000 block of Meridian Road for a report of a suspicious substance located in a bag. Everything checked ok.

6:37 p.m. Units responded to the area of S. US Route 31 / State Road 218 in reference to an unresponsive male in a truck. Everything checked ok and the male was given a courtesy transport to a nearby gas station.

7:35 p.m. A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 2900 block of Travis St., Peru. Assistance was given.

8:53 p.m. Units responded to the 3400 block of Westover St., Peru for a possible domestic battery. Parties were separated for the night.

10:25 p.m. Citizen assistance at Woodland Hills Mobile Home Park on S. 300 W., Peru. No additional information was provided on this call.
