1:32 a.m. K9 deployment in the area of S. Broadway Ave. / Strawtown Pike. Free air sniff.

7:59 a.m. Agency assistance in the 1000 block of Rosewood Dr., Peru. No answer at the door. No additional information was provided on this call.

8:03 a.m. A report of a juvenile problem in the 900 block of N. Broadway St. An officer was unable to locate the problem.

9:03 a.m. Agency assistance. Another agency requested a welfare check on a subject. Assistance was given.

9:13 a.m. A report of a stolen bicycle was taken from a citizen at the Peru Police Department.

10:02 a.m. Funeral escort in the 100 block of W. 3rd St.

11:58 a.m. Parking problem in the 100 block of E. 3rd St. A seven-day ordinance warning was placed on a vehicle.

12:12 p.m. A report of a possible impaired driver in the area of S. Wallick Rd. / S. Business 31. Vehicle was stopped, and the driver checked ok.

3:28 p.m. A report of an unconscious person at Maconaquah Park. Upon arrival, the male subject was awake, alert and appeared to be sober. The man stated he was napping prior to returning to work.

4:30 p.m. Traffic stop in the area of N. 175 E. / E. US Route 24. Citation and warnings issued.

5:11 p.m. An officer assisted a citizen with a locked vehicle in the area of S. Fremont St. / W. 2nd St.

5:16 p.m. An officer responded to a juvenile problem in the area of S. Tippecanoe St. / E. Canal St. Two kids riding on the Woodcrest building property. They were jumping off the loading dock. The kids were advised to find another location to ride.

5:42 p.m. A citizen reported that he observed a male going through another persons’ mailbox at Gamester’s Mobile Home Park. An officer was unable to contact the suspect. For the record only.

5:58 p.m. An officer assisted a citizen with a locked vehicle at the YMCA on E. 6th St.
