7:51 a.m. A report of a juvenile problem in the area of S. Holman St. / W. 3rd St. While on patrol, an officer was flagged down in reference to a juvenile throwing a rock at a complainant’s vehicle. No damage was observed, and the citizen did not wish to pursue charges against the juvenile. The officer spoke with the juvenile and obtained his information. Nothing further at this time.
