Broadway St. approaching the intersection of Main Street. Blankenship stated that he was trying to park in front of the courthouse and was attempting to execute a U-turn north-eastbound and park in the parking space. Blankenship advised that he misjudged the distance and the front passenger side bumper of his vehicle struck the driver’s side rear door and rear fender of a 2015 Dodge Journey parked properly facing east. David Long, the owner of the second vehicle stated that he was sitting in the front passenger seat of his vehicle and observed the same.
